Update 5-21-2023
I discussed what happened after the covid situation, how we had stopped working on getting into the new building for a while, and my longtime bender and friend, Jeff, retired in 2021. We have three inspections left and should have all three inspections by next week (hopefully). Then we have the final walkthrough inspection. Hopefully we are good to go at that point and get the power on! I hope to get a part time bender to help Morgan out, as he has many things going on in his life. This will allow us to be more efficient with the neon turnaround for our customers. Thank God for Morgan as he allows us this gift to produce such an amazing product as neon! Thank y'all for everything and your patience...
Update 11-15-2022
After the covid situation, we had stopped working on getting into the new building for a while. We are now back on it finally. VERY close to finishing final inspections so we can actually call it our Carolina Neon home! Neon is being manufactured off site but orders are getting filled as fast as possible! Soon we will be back in house!Thank y'all for everything and your patience...
Update 05-23-2022
It's been a long time since any updates on Carolina Neon. I apologize for that. We have been working with a premier bender, Morgan Crook, since my longtime bender and friend, Jeff, retired at the end of 2021. We have had to make many changes during this time. Prices have escalated to a all time high in the neon industry. Most of my customers have understood the changes, which I am truly thankful for. I really appreciate all we have done and still do regarding the neon industry. We will continue to produce neon for as long as we possibly can, and hope to continue for a long time. The new building (not so new anymore) is almost ready for power. Just have a few more small things to finish for inspectors.
